INSPECTIONS
Inspection and certification of shipboard equipment and systems in accordance with RMRS requirements and international conventions.
All inspections are carried out using calibrated equipment, with issuance of reports and technical documentation. All services comply with SOLAS, RMRS, RCS, and other classification societies' standards.
The service includes:
- Annual inspections of level measurement systems, overfill alarms, pump room protection systems, as well as testing and pressure testing of pipelines and fittings.
- Inspection and servicing of inflatable life-saving appliances (rafts, boats), testing of hydrostatic release units, sealing, and container repairs.
- Servicing of breathing apparatuses, cylinder refilling and hydraulic pressure tests, pressure gauge calibration.
- inspection of all types of fire extinguishers, CO₂ systems, and high-pressure cylinders, including refilling.
- Testing of protective clothing and equipment, including dielectric gear, immersion suits, and thermal protective suits.
- inspection and testing of emergency and rescue equipment: life jackets, lifebuoys, markers, belts, and lines.
- Rigging works: fabrication and testing of rope slings, pilot ladders, accommodation ladders, monorails, and launching devices.
- Fire hose testing, coupling installation.
- Electrical inspections: insulation and grounding resistance, fire alarm system functionality, battery residual capacity measurement, inspection of generators, control panels, lighting, sensors, and switches.
- Pressure testing of ship pipelines (fire and cargo lines), diagnostics of steering gears and electrohydraulic systems.
- Navigation equipment inspection: magnetic compass testing and deviation correction with a report.
- Verification and calibration of onboard measuring instruments: chronometers, anemometers, barometers, sextants, clocks, stopwatches, and binoculars.
- Calibration and verification of control and measuring instruments: pressure gauges, ammeters, voltmeters, tachometers, aspirators, megohmmeters, thermometers, and gas analyzers.
